In 1909, George L. Barden and Roscoe J. Robeson began producing wooden wagon wheel hubs and spokes in the small Finger Lakes town of Penn Yan. Over the decades the Barden & Robeson Corporation evolved with its surroundings to offer customers bushel baskets, baby furniture, ammunition crates, and even an experimental motor boat that could be folded into its own trailer (we’re told that these are quite rare and collectable). In the late 40’s focus shifted to pioneering a new, better way to build a home.

70 years later, now in its 5th generation of family operation, Barden Building Products proudly continues its tradition of providing building solutions and the highest quality panelized walls and trusses made by our manufacturing division, North American Truss, in our facility in Middleport, NY. We ship our walls and trusses for home, commercial, and church projects throughout the Northeast.
